১. পেমেন্ট ' not recived' দেখাচ্ছে ।
উত্তরঃ পেমেন্ট আপডেট হতে ১ থেকে ২ দিন লাগে ।

২. আমাদের এডমিট কার্ড / মার্কসীটে রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর নেই ।
উত্তরঃ Index নম্বর অথবা unique নম্বর লিখলে হবে ।

৩.আমাকে ' You are not eligible ' দেখাচ্ছে ।
উত্তরঃ ADMISSION criteria টা ভালো করে পড়ুন ।

৪.আমার লগইন (Login) হচ্ছে না ।
উত্তরঃ আপনার user id / password ঠিক করে ইনপুট দিন । আপনার user id হচ্ছে (10+2 Registration no)/(Last Two Digit Of Passing Year), e.g. 2172367328/23

৫. একবার ফর্ম ফিল up এ কটা সাবজেক্ট এ apply করতে পারবো ।
উত্তরঃ একবার ফর্ম fill up করে আপনি যেকটা সাবজেক্ট এ eligible সেই কটা সাবজেক্ট এ আপনি apply করতে পারবেন । প্রত্যেক তা সাবজেক্ট এর আলাদা করে এপ্লিকেশন নম্বর হয় । ওই এপ্লিকেশন নম্বর এর respect আলাদা করে টাকা জমা দিতে হবে ।

৬. ডুপ্লিকেট ( Duplicate ) ফর্ম fill up করতে গেলে কি করতে হয় ।
উত্তরঃ # For Duplicate form entry (if necessary),
Fill the form entry carefully.
Add ' DUP ' after registration number without using any space.
For Example- Suppose your registration number is 41XXXXXXXX , then your duplicate registration number will be 41XXXXXXXXDUP

৭. আমার শুধু রোল আছে নম্বর নেই ।
উত্তরঃশুধু রোল তা লিখুন । নম্বর এর ঘর এ ' O (Zero) ' লিখুন ।

৮. আমি কত গুলো সাবজেক্ট এন্ট্রি করবো ?
উত্তরঃ মার্কশীট (Marksheet ) এ যত গুলো সাবজেক্ট আছে সব এন্ট্রি করতে হবে ।

৯. কবে কলেজে আস্তে হবে ?
উত্তরঃ ফর্ম fill up / Admission পুরোটাই অনলাইন এ । ক্লাস শুরু হলে কলেজ আস্তে হবে ।
ক্লাস শুরুর নোটিস ওয়েবসাইট এ দেখতে হবে।

১০.হেল্প লাইন আমাকে কি কি হেল্প করতে পারে ?
উত্তরঃ হেল্প লাইন শুধু মাত্র টেকনিকাল হেল্প করতে পারবে।
যেমন:
ফর্ম fill up করতে পারছি না ।
পেমেন্ট আপডেট হয়নি ৩ দিন হয়ে গেলো ।

** কোনো রকম ডেট / টাইম / Eligible criteria হেল্প লাইন থেকে উত্তর দেওয়া হয় না । এই সব জানার জন্য নোটিশ (Notice) দেখতে হব ।

1. If Payment is showing 'not received'?
Answer: It will takes 1 to 2 days for updated.

2. We have not registration number in the admit card / mark sheet?
Answer: You should write only index number or unique number.

3. Shows that 'You are not eligible'!
Answer: Please read the admission criteria carefully.

4. I am not logging in?
Answer: Enter your user id / password correctly. Your user id is (10 + 2 Registration no) / (Last Two Digit Of Passing Year), e.g. 2172367328/23.

5. Once the form is filled up, can I apply any subjects.
Answer: Once you fill up the form, you can apply any other subject if you are eligible for this subject.Each of the subjects separate application number. You Should deposit money separately with respect to the application number.

6.What to do for filling up the duplicate form ?
Answer: For Duplicate form fill-up (if necessary), Fill the form entry carefully. Add 'DUP' after registration number without using any space.
For Example- Suppose your registration number is 41XXXXXXXX, then your duplicate registration number will be 41XXXXXXXXDUP.

7. I have only roll but not have any number.
Answer: Write the roll in the roll field. Enter '0' in the number field.

8.How many subjects will I enter?
Answer: I will enter all the subjects in the mark sheet.

9.When will come to college ?
Answer: Form fill up / Admission is entirely on-line process. College will be open when classes start.
Class start notice should be seen on the website.

10. What can the "helpline number" help me ?
Answer: The "helpline number" can only provide technical help.
E.g.
Can't fill up the form.
Payment has not been updated for 3 days.

No date / time / Eligible criteria are answered from the helpline. You need to see the notice to know all this.
